Prior to joining PR1ME Aquila Partners, Safak Eren was Managing Director of a Zurich-based asset management firm, specialising in the regions of Eastern Europe and the Middle East, particularly Turkey.

In the early 2000s, he was head of the securities department at Refco Securities (Switzerland) AG. He later moved to Bank of America Merrill Lynch Switzerland AG in 2011 as Relationship Manager for the Turkey and Greece markets. He continued his banking career at Bank Julius Bär & Co AG and Société Générale Private Banking in Zurich.
